High Achieving Professionals

From the outside, your life may look exactly the way you hoped it would. You've worked hard, met your responsibilities, and built a successful career. But despite checking all the right boxes, you find yourself feeling disconnected, dissatisfied, or wondering why your accomplishments haven't brought the fulfillment you expected.

Many high achievers become experts at overriding their own needs in pursuit of productivity, responsibility, or meeting expectations. These strategies may have helped you build the life you have today, but over time they can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure of what you truly need.

Therapy provides an opportunity to step back, better understand the patterns that have served you—and the ones that no longer do—and begin making choices that are more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.

Perimenopause, Menopause, & Postmenopause

Perimenopause and menopause can bring changes that affect far more than your body. Mood shifts, anxiety, disrupted sleep, brain fog, changing relationships, and a growing sense that you no longer feel like yourself can make this season of life surprisingly isolating.

Thankfully, the conversation is changing. More women are realizing they don't have to quietly endure symptoms or minimize their experience just because it's common. Therapy offers space to understand what's changing—physically, emotionally, and relationally—and to respond with intention rather than simply pushing through.

Whether this transition is revealing needs you've overlooked for years and giving you permission to finally take them seriously, or simply prompting you to reevaluate how you want to care for yourself in this new season, we'll work together to help you move through it with clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.

Chronic Illness

Living with chronic illness often means adapting to a body that doesn't always cooperate with the life you want to live. Alongside the physical symptoms can come grief, uncertainty, changing relationships, difficult decisions, and the ongoing work of adjusting to new limitations—or learning to trust your body again after periods of stability.

As someone living with chronic illness myself, I understand how deeply those experiences can shape your life. The uncertainty of managing symptoms, navigating medical care, and making decisions about your future can be exhausting in ways that are difficult for others to see. Meanwhile, the ordinary demands of life continue. Responsibilities and relationships still need tending, even though your capacity has changed.

Therapy offers space to process what's changed, reconnect with yourself, and thoughtfully build a life that reflects both your values and your reality.

Chronic Pain & Other Chronic Physical Symptoms

Persistent symptoms like chronic pain, fatigue, IBS, fibromyalgia, headaches, and long Covid can gradually shrink your world. After countless appointments and treatments, it's easy to feel discouraged—or to wonder if this is simply your life now.

I offer Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), an evidence-based treatment that helps people understand and retrain nervous system processes that can drive chronic symptoms. This approach doesn’t mean your symptoms aren't real. It recognizes that the nervous system can remain stuck in protective patterns long after an initial injury or illness, and draws on new research in pain science to help retrain these patterns.

Together, we'll determine whether this approach fits your experience and work toward helping you return to a life that feels fuller, freer, and less organized around symptoms.

Are we a good fit?

Therapy is most effective when the relationship between therapist and client is a good fit.
